Scheduling Tool

The frequency and timing of your campaigns can be pre-determined, eliminating the need to manually send them. Moreover, to ensure sufficient resources to manage customer responses, large campaigns can be split into multiple small campaigns, with a given number of messages sent at pre-defined intervals.

Social Hours & Social Days

Defining social hours and days prevents you from sending messages during specific times (e.g. public holidays, after 8pm), regardless of individual campaign schedules.

Distribution List Management

Uploading distribution lists couldn't be easier. You can independently upload any number of lists, with black lists ensuring that specific numbers (e.g. opt-out) never receive your communications. Numbers can be added individually or imported, with changes immediately applied to live campaigns.

Message Templates & Customisation

Message templates can be automatically customised across multiple recipients, (e.g. inserting appointment time). Templates can be automatically applied to different recipients and both the templates and the logic rules that define when they are used are easily saved for future re-use.

Message Labelling

Our dynamic message labelling enables you to customise the name of the message 'sender' for each message sent, enhancing the impact of your communications.

List Cleansing

With list cleansing you can be sure that only valid mobile numbers are contacted. As the time required for cleansing depends on the size of the list, the scheduling tool will not allow you to select a start time prior to the completion of the cleansing process.

Real-time Reports

Email and text alerts can notify groups of people of changes in the status of your campaign (e.g. campaign start, list cleansing completed, campaign summary). In contrast to some other forms of communication, you can track message progress at all times, seeing summaries or full reports on message delivery status.

Campaign Management

Campaigns can be easily edited at any time, suspended for later reactivation or deleted and archived. Once you've defined a campaign (schedule, status notifications, etc) simply save it as a template to re-use again, without having to redefine all variables.
