Our Messaging Solutions offer optimum performance, combined with a variety of technical support options to suit your business needs.

Level 1 - Online Helpdesk Support

The base level support is free for all Messaging Solutions customers, giving you access to our online helpdesk. All enquires are responded to within 1 business day and a resolution will be provided with 5 working days.

Please note that all technical queries for all support options must be logged in the online helpdesk for tracking purposes, prior to calling our helpdesk for technical support.

Level 2 – Standard Service

Standard support offers both online helpdesk support and access to business hours telephone support between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday. All enquiries will be responded to within 1 business day and a resolution provided within 3 working days.

Level 3 – Extended Service – Campaign Specific Support

The Extended Service provides campaign specific support for customers of our Standard Service, providing access to telephone support over the weekend or out of business hours. The Extended Service can be easily arranged on a per campaign basis to ensure continuity.

Level 4 – Premium Service – 24/7

The Premium Service is for campaigns that require support availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service is tailored to meet the specific business needs of each client.
